Our Clinicians
Sycamore Health is a direct primary care clinic in CT that brings together two independent direct primary care practices in one shared space. While we work alongside one another, each clinician maintains their own patient panel and separate practice. When you choose your clinician at Sycamore Health, that clinician becomes your dedicated PCP and will personally follow and manage your care.
Wynee Lou, DO, MPH
Dr. Lou is board-certified in internal medicine and sports medicine. She also holds additional certificates in obesity and functional medicine.
She believes strongly in personalized, patient-centered care. Every body is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Her practice places a strong emphasis on prevention and health optimization through lifestyle approaches such as diet, exercise and stress management.
When she is not in the office, she can usually be found reading, climbing trees and silks, or cultivating plants and small human beings.
Meredith Bertrand, APRN
Meredith is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care since 2017. She completed a residency at the Veterans Affairs Center of Excellence in Primary Care, where she refined her clinical skills while serving veterans and developing a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered medicine. As a Navy Veteran herself, she brings a deep sense of service, integrity, and dedication to her patients.
She believes in building a strong, trusting relationship between patient and provider. She aims to create an environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time in the mountains and on her bike
